The awards are personalized and presented to the runners as soon as possible. Don't leave without receiving your award if you are top 3 in category. Finisher's Patches will be handed out to runners as they finish.

• Race Packets will include a commemorative gift                          In 2007, it was a runner's cap. Shirts are being considered.
  
• 3rd Annual Green Lakes Endurance Runs commemorative finisher's patch                                                                                      All finishers will receive the commemorative finisher's patch. 100 km entrants that DNF after 50 km will receive a commemorative patch for their 50 km accomplishment while attempting 100 km, but will not appear in the 50 km results.
  
• Awards and Prizes to top 3 in category                                            To the top three Open (18+), Masters (40-49), and Veteran (50+) women and men in the 50 km. The same awards for the 100 km unless entrant numbers do not support the Masters category, i.e. Open (18+) and Veteran (50+) only.
• New this year:  The Inspiration Awards                                              These awards are inspired by performances from the previous year's races. They are not necessarily based on finish place and will inevitably change from year to year. Can you guess the 2007 runners that inspired these awards? For 2008:
• The Fastest Last Lap.  Awarded to the 2008 50 km runner with the fastest last lap.
• The Even Pace. Awarded to the 2008 100 km runner with the smallest difference between their slowest and fastest lap.
• The Courage of Trying. Awarded to a 2008 runner demonstrating courage and sportsmanship attempting the 100K in 14 hours.

• Only the park’s north entrance (Rt 290) will be open for the race start! The south entrance (Rt 5) will be closed.   
• From South: I-81 north; exit 16A I-481 north toward Dewitt; exit 4 I-690 west toward Syracuse; go about 1 mile and take exit 17 (Bridge St to East Syracuse); Left on Bridge St (becomes Rt 290); go 5.4 miles to the park.
• From Airport: I-81 north; exit 29S I-481 south toward Dewitt; go 6.4 miles to exit 5E Kirkville Rd east (Rt 53); go 1.3 miles; Right on Fremont Rd (Rt 136); go 1.2 miles; Left on Manlius Center Rd (Rt 290); go 3.2 miles east on Rt 290 following signs to the park.
• From Thruway I-90 exit 34A I-481: south on I-481; go 1.4 miles to exit 5E Kirkville Rd east (Rt 53); go 1.3 miles; Right on Fremont Rd (Rt 136); go 1.2 miles; Left on Manlius Center Rd (Rt 290); go 3.2 miles east on Rt 290 following signs to the park.
• From Thruway I-90 exit 35 Carrier Circle: east on Carrier Pkwy (Rt 298); go 0.4 miles; Right on Kinne St (Rt 86); go 0.8 miles; Left on Kirkville Rd; go 2.4 miles; Right on Freemont Rd (Rt 136); go 1.2 miles; Left on Manlius Center Rd (Rt 290); go 3.2 miles east on Rt 290 following signs to the park.
• From Craftsman Inn: go 0.7 miles east on E Genesee St (Rt 5); Left at Rt 257 (Friendly’s restaurant corner); go 1.8 miles to Manlius Center intersection where Rt 257 becomes Rt 290 east; go straight 1.5 miles; park entrance is on the right.
• From Econo Lodge: U-turn at Denny’s to go west on Erie Blvd; first Right on Bridge St (becomes Rt 290); go 5.9 miles to the park.
