RACE CHANGE POLICY
August 21 is the deadline for changing races. Contact us as soon as possible to request changing races. You will need to pay any difference for the current cost of the race you wish to run. This fee, as determined by the race office, must be received within 7 days of receiving permission to change races, and is nonrefundable. When changing from the 100-km to the 50-km, any cost difference will not be refunded.
REFUND POLICY
July 1 is the deadline for refunds (race withdrawals). Contact us as soon as possible to request a refund. A $25 administrative fee will be deducted and you will be removed from the entrant list. After July 1, all race registration fees are nonrefundable.
GENERAL REGISTRATION POLICY
- All race registration is through RunRace.net. See Questions and Answers for more about RunRace.net.
- Payment options include credit card, check, or money order through July 31. Checks and money orders must be mailed within 24 hours of on-line registration and received within 7 days or the registration will be canceled and the runner will be removed from the entrant list.
- Credit Card is the only payment option after July 31.
- Athletes residing outside of the USA and Canada that need help with registration, please contact the race office to arrange registration.
- Race registration or changing races is NOT allowed on race day.
- Deferments to 2011 are not arranged.
